Privacy

What this website collects, which is very little. There are no accounts, no forms, no cookies, no analytics and no trackers. What we do hold is described below, along with how to have it removed.

1. Who is responsible

Guerrilla Audio, LLC, 20918 63rd Ave W, Lynnwood, Washington 98036, operates guerrilla.audio and is responsible for the information described on this page. Reach us at guerrilla@guerrilla.audio or 206-551-1187.

2. The short version

The Site has no accounts, no sign-up and no forms, so it never asks you for anything.
It sets no cookies and loads no analytics, advertising or tracking code. Fonts and scripts are served from our own domain, so no third party sees your visit.
The web server keeps ordinary access logs for 14 days for security and troubleshooting.
If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence as a business record of the inquiry or the job.
We do not sell, rent or share personal information with anyone for their own use.

3. Server logs

Like every web server, ours records each request: the network (IP) address it came from, the time, the page requested, the response code, and the browser's user-agent string and referring page if the browser sends them. These logs exist to keep the server secure and to diagnose faults. They are rotated daily and deleted after 14 days. We do not use them to profile visitors and we do not combine them with any other data.

4. When you get in touch

Emailing or calling us is the only way you give us information through the Site, and it is your choice. We keep what you send: your name, your company, your contact details and the details of the event you are asking about. We use it to answer you, to prepare a quote and to run the job if it books. We keep it as long as we have a business reason to, which for a booked job includes our accounting and tax-record obligations, and we delete it when we no longer do.

5. Cookies

The Site sets no cookies and uses no local storage. There is nothing to accept or decline.

The Site is hosted on a server we rent from Hetzner Online GmbH in Falkenstein, Germany, so server logs are stored there. Our email is handled by our email provider in the ordinary way. Beyond those service providers, who act on our instructions, we share personal information only when the law requires it or to protect our rights, our crew or the public.

7. Where it is stored

Because the server is in Germany, log data about a visit from the United States or elsewhere is processed in the European Union. Correspondence and job records are held in the United States. We apply the same care to all of it wherever it sits.

8. Security

The Site is served over HTTPS only. The server is maintained by us, access to it is limited to the people who run it, and it holds no customer database, because the Site does not collect one.

9. Your rights and choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it. Email guerrilla@guerrilla.audio. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for targeted advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front. Residents of states with privacy laws that grant additional rights can exercise them by the same email, and we will not treat you differently for doing so.

10. Children

The Site is for event professionals and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.

11. Changes

If the Site starts collecting something new, this page changes first and the effective date moves. We will not quietly expand what we collect.
