Guerrilla Audio

Terms of use

The terms for using this website. They are short because the site is simple: it tells you who we are and how to reach us. Rentals and services are governed by the written quote and rental agreement for each job, not by this page.

Effective October 14, 2026

1. Who we are and what this covers

Guerrilla Audio, LLC ("Guerrilla Audio", "we", "us") is a live-event sound reinforcement and production-intercom company based at 20918 63rd Ave W, Lynnwood, Washington 98036. These terms cover your use of guerrilla.audio and its pages (the "Site"). By using the Site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

2. Quotes, bookings and the gear list

Nothing on the Site is an offer, a quote or a confirmation. The equipment described here is representative of what we carry, and it changes as gear is bought, sold, out on a show or in for service. Availability, pricing, crew, delivery and terms for any job are confirmed only in a written quote from us, and a booking exists only once we have confirmed it in writing. The rental agreement and quote for a job govern that job; if they conflict with this page, they win.

3. Using the Site

You may browse the Site and use the contact details on it to get in touch with us. You may not use the Site in a way that is unlawful, that interferes with its operation, or that attempts to probe, scan or load it beyond ordinary browsing. You may not scrape the Site or reuse its content except as allowed in section 4.

4. Content, logo and trademarks

The text, the logo, the design and any photographs on the Site belong to Guerrilla Audio, LLC unless stated otherwise. You may quote short passages to refer to us, and you may link to the Site. Anything else needs our written permission.

Clear-Com, L-Acoustics, Yamaha, Shure, JBL, Dante and the other product names on the Site are trademarks of their respective owners. They appear because they are the equipment we carry. Guerrilla Audio is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of those companies.

The Site may link to other sites, such as the developer credited in the footer. Those sites are not ours and we are not responsible for what is on them.

6. No warranty

The Site is provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do our best to keep the Site accurate and online, but we do not promise it will be either at any given moment.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guerrilla Audio, LLC and its members, employees and crew are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Washington law. Liability for a rental or a show is addressed in the rental agreement for that job, not here.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Snohomish County, Washington, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top moves when we do, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms go to guerrilla@guerrilla.audio or 206-551-1187.
